Now that you have booked our Coastal Welcome Services, here are the instructions to help you get to the meeting point with ease!

For Pasir Panjang Terminal:
After exiting the Immigration office, you will be walking on the inside of the metallic railing. The video below shows the your "point of view" as you are walking out. (Note: When you return from shore, you will also do your immigration clearance at this same Immigration office before returning to your vessel.)
After walking out and reaching the traffic junction, DO NOT turn to the right, where you see a tall brown building at the far end. At the traffic junction, you should TURN LEFT and walk ahead about 50 metres. At the end of the video, you can see a car waiting on the left side of the road. That's us!
That's where you will find our CWA!
Notice the red brick wall near where our car is waiting, with the words "West Coast".

For Tuas Terminal Gateway:
The situation for Tuas Terminal is quite straightforward. The picture below shows the front view of Tuas Terminal Gateway.
The right side of the picture shows where the crew's immigration clearance is done, when exiting the Terminal.
When you return from shore, walk to the left side and look for the Immigration office and do your immigration clearance there (entering the Terminal) before returning to your vessel.
Note :
You should call the Immigration Office about 30 minutes before you arrive there. This is because this office is not manned all the time. The mobile number is: +65 9643 4153 (24 hours daily). This number is also written on the door of the ICA office.

When exiting Tuas Terminal Gateway: (viewed from outside the Terminal)
After completing your Immigration clearance, simply exit via the turnstile and walk straight ahead for about 50 metres. Our CWA and car will be there waiting for you.
